Array grip

this may seem like a simple task but I can't get it to work correctly. 

I have a block (attached) that I want the array grip to remain at the top left of the box. currently when i stretch it the grip goes 1-5/8" ABOVE the box. What am I missing here?

Your distances are slightly off. Your array is set at 2 5/8" yet the total height of the items is 2 171/256". Correct the total height to be the same as the array distance. See the image below

EDIT: I would also change the linear parameter to be an increment distance and change that to 2 5/8" as well
