Array Dynamic block Distance between columns

Good day

I am trying to make a dynamic block for a circle.

1. I want the circle to have a diameter constraint parameter(which I can adjust)

2.I want to ad an array to the circle as well, so when I adjust nr.1 I can also manually adjust the distance between array columns.

Would this be possible?? 

Atm it seems the distance between array columns is a fix distance that I cannot adjust?

Meaning the dynamic circle need to be able to adjust dia. and then array it to the adjust dia distance.

(array only in a vertical plane)

Any input would be greatly help full.

Long story short, you can EITHER adjust the diameter of the circles being arrayed, OR dynamically adjust the column offset of the array, but not both.  You can also make a faux array using a new visibility state for each additional item, but that can get tedious quickly.
