anno text keeps blowing up in size when i reopen the cad file. i always need to change the scale in model space to whatever viewport scale im using then i use ANNORESET command then select all text to get it back to the text size for viewport scale. i dont like doing that everytime tho. how do keep the annotext from blowing up?

Even when the viewport scale and model space scale are the same, i reopen the cad file and text gets huge.

If I understand your problem you are getting unwanted annotative scale sizes added to your objects. Turn off ANNOAUTOSCALE by toggling the status bar icon so it is off. >>ANNOAUTOSCALE<< automatically adds the current scale to annotative objects.

You can remove any unwanted scale sizes by using the Add/Delete Scales button on the Ribbon, typing objectscale on the command line or selecting the box to the right of the Annotative Scale in the Properties palette.

Do you have any LISP routines that automatically run when you open the file?

If this isn't the problem can you post the file or a screencast of what is happening when you open the file?

I think this is on the wrong forum.  This is not a dynamic blocks issue.
