Adjustable layers inside dynamic block

Hi all, 

I can’t seem to figure out how to make adjustable layers inside the dynamic block. The block shown is using constraints, and with those constraints in place I’m not sure if it’s possible to add adjustable layers the way I want.

Has anyone dealt with this before or knows the best way to overcome it? Any guidance in the right direction would be appreciated.

Add visibility states for the various desired layers.

Here, try these... I have LT so don't have access to constraints. See if this helps, you can probably add your constrainnts.
