The 2 Top Blocks are Typical Multi-Leader Text-Block, w/ Mask on; Managed as 1 entity of course.
Would like to accomplish the Same with Multi-Attribute Block; That sweet Dynamic Leader !
Tried using Visibility Settings and all the like. Getting mixed, undesired results. SO....
Before I'm taken to the rubber-room...

Hello @Anonymous, did you able to get something like you mentioned above, very interested in finding the outcome. I have been using a dynamic block with stretch function inbuilt (attached) and I have added an automatic wipeout which stretches too. But the issue is if I have to change the values, then I have to space them using grips manually.
But I thought if someone may get this fixed so it automatically fit spacing in between them.
