3d Blocks, Dynamic Disappear in all other views except 2d

3d Blocks, Dynamic blocks Disappear in all other views except 2d

if i edit the properties in 2d then also they disappear, 

the information is also lost

i checked my graphics card also and also have latest drivers 

i use autocad 2016

tried 3dconfig settings, 

discard back faces

regen3

zoom

all possible methods

still the problem is not going 

checked in many hardware combinations still the problem is there

urgent solution required guys

Just a few quick questions; 

Is it possible to provide sample drawings with those blocks? 

Have you noticed if this is happening with all drawing files with dynamic blocks or only a specific drawing file?
