Hello,
On my computer I have Trueview 2016 installed and when I go to open it up it brings up a fatal error. It also crashes and freezes when you try to uninstall it as well too. Here is what the error looks like:
I've tried multiple third party uninstallers to try to uninstall it as well too to reinstall it, but no luck. I dont know what to do to solve the issue anymore. Any help on solving this error or getting it to uninstalled would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for the help, but it ended up being the hard drive that was failing that was the issues after that I ran diagnostics test to it.
hello same problem with trueview 2017. will not uninstall from control panel obviously as per the issue title. Can you please assist with this process (win 8.1). I have ben using 2015 ok and 2016 navisworks viewer?
