text wrong displayed and printed with the letters overlapped

Hello. 

I have downloaded DWG Trueview 2017 on 32 and 64 system and in both situation the text is misinterpreted and shown overlapped as in attach file. Does anybody know what is wrong?

The problem is the file, or unique font in the file: nothing to do with the program.
Can you post the DWG file shown in the screenshot?

If the problem is the file, howcome the same file is correctly open by
DWG Trueview 2013?

2013 is pathed to the fonts in use, 2017 is not? Post your DWG file, let's all have a look.

Did you open the file with DWG TRUEVIEW 2017? On my computer it looks like in the first attached file I've sent, with letters overlapped. What would be wrong?

Nothing in your posted file looks remotely like your screenshot here: where is that screenshot actually from?
Why aren't you using the 2013 version if it still works?

Following up on your thread, were you able to find a solution or a workaround?

 

Did any of the posts in the thread help with the issue?
