Launches programs over and over

I have a problem that I wonder if someone else experienced and knows a solution.

I open a dwg file from Windows Explorer, the DWG Trueview application starts and opens the file.I go back to Windows Explorer and open another dwg file. DWG Trueview is already open, yet the program starts up as if it was not already open.As the program takes a very long time to open, it is very annoying.Anyone who has a solution to my problem?

If you use the OPEN button inside DTV, does the same thing happen?

No, the same does not happen. Thats OK.

In earlier versions of DTV, you could open files from Windows Explorer without DTV opening again and again. Is there an attitude in DTV that I can change or is it a permanent change in DTV that I have to get used to.

What is Windows File Explorer set to "open with" for DWG files? And what other options are there?

As you can see it´s opens with DWG TrueView Application and I don´t have any other alternative.
