I have a user using DWG TrueView 2018 (Product Version: O.50.0.0) on Windows 10 Professional 64-Bit (Version 1809, Build 17763.316). They have dual monitors -- the built-in panel on their laptop, and a 24", 1080P external monitor. Because of their eyesight, they have the interface scaling set to 150%. When they launch DWG TrueView, they receive a dialogue box saying, "For your current display scale set at 150%, DWG TrueView requires 1536 by 1152 resolution or higher to run. To resolve this problem, you can try one of the following: Increase your resolution; Reduce the display scale." Neither are really viable options here.
However, if they manually open DWG TrueView on the 24" screen and then open a drawing in it using File > Open, it's very usable for them and doesn't seem to be problematic. The issue is that when they double-click a DWG in a file folder or an e-mail, they receive that error and then DWG TrueView doesn't open the file. I'm hoping that if I can disable that check / error, it will open the file.
Is there a way to do this? Alternately, is there some other way to make it continue to open the file rather than just stopping at that point. The current situation is pretty rough on their workflow.
