Okay looks like something is wrong in your user profile. The original error message from the msi installation is:

Is the "H drive" a local drive or a network drive ?
In any case it looks like, that the folder: 'H:\cabinet\downloads\backup\paper bag\Documents\'. is not accessible. The default value is normally: 'C:\Users\<username>\Documents\'
Check the profile settings in the registry for the user, that executes the installation:
