I keep getting this error (1603) when attempting to install Trueview 2023 on my Windows 10 machine.

We need the complete msi log file from your %temp% folder to check what is going wrong.

I have a feeling it could be a service I may have turned off. Can you possibly say the filename I would be looking for in %temp%?

Okay looks like something is wrong in your user profile. The original error message from the msi installation is:

 

MSI (s) (70:94) [22:45:50:521]: Product: DWG TrueView 2023 - English -- Error 1327. Invalid Drive: H:\

 

Is the "H drive" a local drive or a network drive ?

 

In any case it looks like, that the folder: 'H:\cabinet\downloads\backup\paper bag\Documents\'. is not accessible. The default value is normally: 'C:\Users\<username>\Documents\'

 

Check the profile settings in the registry for the user, that executes the installation:
