DWG Trueview 2018 - view black and white

I have installed DWG Trueview 2018 but cannot view in black and white, previous versions used the page setup manager - there is an error on the plot style tab.

Do you know how I can fix?

Is there an easier way to view in black and white on the layout tab?

There is an error, see the yellow triangle and the word MISSING (red arrow)?

Find the missing ctb, place it where DTV2018 can find it, then check the box with the green arrow.
