DWG TrueView 2014 UPITOKEN

Hi,

I am getting this error when try to open DWG.

My OS:

Windows 7 x64

DWG TrueView 2014 x64

Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 x64

Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 x64

.NET Framework 4.5

Please help.

Hi, we have the same error in DWG TrueView 2013, when we open old dwg files (they was created in AutoCAD 2008 or early ) . Maybe someone knows how to solve these problems ?

I was getting the same messages earlier today. However, we came to the conclusion that TrueView was corrupt in some way (we had tried Repair and reinstall), so we uninstalled TrueView only and removed its folders from C drive and then reinstalled Trueview on its own...and it worked Ok afterwards.

It didn't help . We uninstalled DWG TrueView, deleted all folders from C:\Program Files and C:\Users\Username. Installation package was taken from http://download.autodesk.com/esd/dwgtrueview/2013/SetupDWGTrueView2013_64bit.exe.

I thought you needed DWG TrueView 2014?
Shouldn't you have downloaded that version and done a clean install?

In 1st message I wrote "we have the same error in DWG TrueView 2013"  By the way, if the old dwg convert to new format, the error disappear
