Cannot Export to DWF with DWG TrueView 2024

Hi all

We have to export some true DWG files to DWF but when i trie to export with the export to DWF dialog I get an error message: Device not found. Does anybody now how to resolve this problem?

@Eindhoven1 Looks like you are plotting? or are you Publishing? and the driver appears to be offline or missing

Since one week we have upgraded DWG TrueVIew 2020 to version 2024. In DWG TrueView 2020 we could make an export from DWG to DWF, the result was a physical DWF. I can't remember if there was a plot or publish option in the Export dialog. My question is: how to get a physical DWF with DWG TrueView 2024. Do I have to plot to DWF and do I need a special driver for that? We donbýt want to Publish a DWF to a website

I would recommend you completely remove then reinstall DTV2024 or grab a slightly older version to test on one PC https://www.autodesk.com/products/dwg-trueview/overview

I'm running DWGTRUEVIEW 2022 and I have no issues at all with the EXPORT options under the big red D icon in the top left corner: may I ask why you upgraded from 2020? There is nothing new in 2024 worth upgrading to from any of the 2018-19-2020s versions.

I have downloaded and installed DWG TrueView 2023 > in this version It is possible to export to DWF. Thnx for helping me out
