Autocad 2017 is slow

This is my laptop configuration, is it enough to operate autocad 2017 smoothly ? because it is slow right now

• Windows 10 
• 4th Generation Intel® Core™ i7-4510U Processor with Intel® Turbo Boost Technology 2.0
• 39.6cm (15.6”) , Toshiba TruBrite® HD TFT High Brightness touch display with 16 : 9 aspect ratio and LED backlighting
• Hard disk 1 TB
• 8,192 (1x) MB, DDR3L RAM (1,600 MHz)
• AMD Radeon™ R7 M260 Graphics with AMD Enduro™ Technology

What size files are you using with this laptop? 2D or 3D?
Where are the files stored?
Are you using Contraints?

I recorded a video for you.

Notice that when I clicked on line command there is a lag until it responded, and notice the delay when I tried to change the view. 

What size files are you using with this laptop? 2D or 3D?

it's not stored, it is a new drawing 

Are you using Constraints?

I'm not sure what are you meaning.

Is my graphic card (AMD R7 M260) is sufficient for AutoCad 2018?

8GB ram is probably not enough if your files are large.
Or your connection tot he server is slow if the files are not on your laptop.
or your hardisk is slow if it's not an SSD.

My file is not large, the attached recorded video is for a new drawing.

The file is on the laptop.

Yes, my hard is HDD and I'm considering to change it with SSD.

But I need to know first, is my Graphic Card is Sufficient for AutoCad 2018? I couldn't tell the answer from the provided link!
