Autocad 2010 line command issue

Hi Team,

I have recently installed AutocaD 2010 software of 64bt and uninstalled AutocaD 2017. i was able to use AutocaD 2017 without any issue but in current software i am facing a problem with line command. when I am entering line command, its creating snap tracking even if all the object snap settings are proper. I am getting a grip while accessing line command. kindly revert what settings or system conflagration is require.
