TRUEVIEW 2020 WILL NOT BATCH PLOT

I am able to batch plot a folder of drawings from AutoCAD mechanical 2020 no problems.

Same drawings, same set up I get this error in TrueView

ERROR: Page setup properties error.  The page setup may be corrupted.

Confirmed on multiple computers at our office.

Any ideas?

It appears DTV2020 simply cannot handle your C3D pagesetups: does this happen with ALL files, especially in files where you create a pagesetup from scratch just for testing purposes?

Yes, it appears to happen even with a new page set up.

Were you able to get Trueview to batch plot? A colleague is having the same issue with his system. The only difference is that he does not have AutoCAD.
