TrueView 2015 Won't open Layout TABS

Some of my users have installed Autodesk TrueView 2015 64 bit  on HP Laptops Windows 7 Enterprise 64 bit OS with 8 gig RAM

When opening a true autocad DWG file with a few layout TABS the users can hover over the tab and a preview will show.

But left clicking the TAB does NOT open the layout !

I have also have Trueview 2015 on my 2 computers and have no problems opening all the tabs

I can not find any setting within Trueview that would stop this.

I'm the originator of the DWG files from Auotcad 2105 and have not set any permissions or done anything that would stop

TrueView users from viewing the TABS

I've searched GOOGLE for this and found nothing.

Any help would be Greatly Aprreciated !

I found the problem !   USERS !

They had a previous command started (PAN) Then tried changing to a layout tab

The preview comes up......but with the PAN active.......would not let the Layout tab open.
