Trouble Printing 11x17 from Trueview

Hello all 

I am having an issue trying to print a dwg file on one of my computers. I can preview and print a letter sized paper perfectly fine, but I cannot print or even preview an 11x17. I do not get any error code, it just does nothing. I have a Xerox Workcentre I am trying to print to if that matters. I also have no issues printing an 11x17 in another program.

Can you print to 11x17 to another driver like PDF or something else?
What does the PLOT pop-up command that you are using look like to output to 11x17 to this xerox device?

Yes it will plot to another printer in 11x17 as I tried to a pdf creator. 

I also tried removing the printer and reinstalling it as a new printer and same issue.
