Hi
we use true view to open drawings generated on a different AutoCAD version .
Drawings come from various architectural offices
When attempting to print as section of the drawing, a window appears: job already being processed.
We can not stop this message, we can not print. we are totally frustrated. There is nothing in the printer queue, switch off printer does not help.
Cancel any printing jobs does not help.
How do we fix this
