DWG viewer for RDS environment

We have TrueView installed in an RDS environment. When an administrative user runs the application, it starts up after an initial setup (first-run type screen). When a non-admin logs in as a user, it hangs on "gathering required information" about 75% progress bar.

I encounter today this exact same issue (with DWG TrueView 2020) in a Citrix XenApp environment.  Windows Server 2019 based.

What is the magic to solve this ?

I was able to fix this with DWG TrueView 2021 by running it as administrator for a first time setup. After that it appears to work on normal user accounts fine. Although my situation was not on any type of RDS, just a normal install on a laptop.
