Common Language Runtime detected an invalid program

I have a colleague with DWG trueview 2015 (on a window7 32bit laptop) which produces the above error. Full transcript from the debug session below. Apparently he has asked our IT dept to fix it, and they've done a re-install with no sucess.
Anyone got any suggestions? Thanks..
