Batch Plot multiple Drawings problem

When pulling up the drawings to batch plot to PDF the bottom corner of the drawings are white with the remainder of the drawings being grey so when it plots it only plots what's in white? I would think it has something to do on the AutoCAD side on how it was saved.

"white" is the sheet size that you selected or has been selected for you by the last person in the file in the PAGESETUP of that layout.
"WHAT TO PLOT" for you is also set to only look at that white sheet I suspect, not much else.

Are you very new to using AutoCAD nd/or plotting from a layout aka paperspace?

I'm working through DWG TrueView 2021. I've been going to page setup manager and setting it up to print that way, and it doesn't save what you set up to print on the next set of drawings. So, its time consuming.

Trueview is all about one-off functionality: nothing is saved for reuse, it has no ability to write anything to the DWG file for reuse.

You are also in the wrong forum for DTV: this forum is for AutoCAD, does what you want but its not free. Let's get you moved over there.
