read dwf as zip files

Hi all,
DWF is using the zip format to compress data. But when I use a program to decompress dwf file, I can not open the file.
Does anyone know what format dwf is using?

Works fine here, I renamed a DWF file to ZIP and then used the following program to extract the files?
