Batch Plot PDF and DWF at the same time ?

Is there a way to Batch plot two sets at the same time , my current workaround is to do one (PDF) and then the other , i have checked all the obvious buttons but dont think there is ........but then again if there was such a thing i get minutes of my life back :slightly_smiling_face:

Hire an intern? Nothing built-in does that OOTB, if background publishing does not work on your system.

@Livercool I believe I answered your question fully, give it another read. Perhaps you need more in that last one:

You could use AutoCAD script routines to accomplish this task.

Firstly create your Plot to PDF routine and then your DWF routine, get these working on their own then combine them.

Script routines can be very powerful and a great time saver. Once you know what they can do you can start to set up your work around them. For example you can set up your drawing sheet to make it easier to fill in for issuing. Change attributes, extract attributes, plot, purge, recover, audit etc.

Some of our users like to add commands when plotting for example purge, lock viewports and if you are using AutoCAD full you could also add the revision from the attributed drawing sheet to the name of the PDF file. Any number of tasks can be combined to achieve the desired results.

Our program comes with a set of wizards to help create the plot routines.
