Is there a trick to getting dwf's to plot at scale ????

I am sending dwf's to others and because of margins (i think) the dwfs are coming out slightly shrunk Is there a recommended procedure to ensure they are always at the required scale ?? Regards Dave

Create DWFs without the tight plotting margins you typically use on your plotter (or find out what margins are needed at the receiving end and match). DWF is nothing more than 'plot' file: you have to match the recipient's hardware limitations for it to work. -- Dean Saadallah Add-on products for LT http://www.pendean.com/lt --

ok Dean, thanks for that Makes sense. If the recipients plotter is capable of A1 and I create dwf as A3 then there is no reason they cant plot it to exact scale with ease ??? This is true, but they could tile the output across several A1 papers. Even if you select scale 100% I have found that using the 'Tile Pages' option may overide scaling if the plot is oversize. Here are the settings I use for v7

Page Handling - Choose paper source by DWF page size
Scale 100%
Clip Pages (Not Tile)
Align to Lower Left
