Hi Support Team,

We have multiple users of Autocad LT 2017 all are facing the same issue when ever they tried to print on HP Designjet T610 Plotter from Autocad printing plot layout hang for atleast 5 to 10 min and did not allowed to choose any other settings. And after 10 min it will allow to choose any settings. But we have tried to print the same files from Autocad with different printer its printing perfect. Moreover we thought could be the plotter or network issue but very strange if print any PDF or files on plotter it is printing perfect without any hang. Only via autocad on plotter is hang the moment we choose plotter printer from the drop down list on autocad to print. I hope. Please suggest any solution to resolve this issue.

Regards

This is not the AutOCAD/LT2017 forum, this forum is for the free dwf viewer file type.

The slowdown you notice is the program and/or Windows resolving "something" wrong with the driver or driver access or setup or network or connection to the plotter before resolving it (or giving up on it) and proceeding.

Hi Team,

Thanks for the reply, Could you please provide the link for AutoCad LT forum as I already mentioned in my post that we tested printing via other files (like pdf/word/excel) on plotter printing working fine only from Autocad Lt 2017 printing to plotter delaying even we have tried to print the same file from Autocad to other printer that's also working fine.

Thanks in advance for your support. Looking forward to hear from you at your earliest conveyance.

Best Regards

FWIW LT2017 is not a Microsoft Office or Adobe Acrobat product. Are you using PC3 files?
