Imported Objects no Visible in Paper Space

Hello,

I am doing my first 3D drawing in AutoCAD and I am having issues getting some objects to show up in paper space.  After I constructed my 3D model, I created a "Base" view in paper space and then created my sections to get the elevation views.  There are a few fixtures that I downloaded from the manufacturers sites that do not show up in paper space i.e. toilet, shower fixtures and sink faucet.  I downloaded them directly from Hansgrohe and TOTO.  I can see them in model space and they show up beautifully in the renderings...but there's nothing in paper space.

I've tried a few things based off of some forums and nothing has worked.  I tried the "annoallvisible" command, I tried bursting and exploding the objects...nothing.  The layers are not frozen in the viewport or model space, they are not on a "No Print" layer.  I tried selecting the base plan, clicked on the "Model Space Selection" to add the objects to the viewport but AutoCAD doesn't let me select the objects.  I get a "0 objects found" in my ribbon. I'm not sure what else to do.  How do I get my toilet to show up?!?

I appreciate any help or tips!
