Why meshmixer is crashing!!!

I have a 3D model which I have to refine using meshmixer. But everytime I run meshmixer and upload my model it crashes and shows an error dialogue box. The version of the meshmixer software I'm using is meshmixer 11.0.544 and my operating system is windows 7.

Any Solutions?

Thank you for sharing this with us.

There are couple things we could test to get you working with your design:

1. Could you may check if there are any Windows 7 updates which could not have been installed on your computer?
2. You might want to keep an eye out for anything related to "Microsoft Visual C++ 2012"
3. Could you just do a clean install of Meshmixer? http://www.meshmixer.com/download.html
4. Have you have had a chance to open your design in the Fusion 360 Mesh environment which offers similar features as meshmixer?
