t-spline display mode

I have a mesh that I cleaned up some in another program.  I imported to fusion and converted it to a t-spline.  That part worked, and I can edit it.  How ever, the display mode for the t-spline can't be changed to smooth (or at least it doesn't look smooth when it is changed.)

Hi @laughingcreek,

This can sometimes mean there is an error in the T-Spline somewhere. When the solver cannot solve its subdivision surface algorithm, it shows it by displaying the T-Splines in "Box Mode". Have you tried looking into the Repair Body tool in the Modify Menu (under Utilities). This can be helpful sometimes. Also, what is your end goal with this mesh? To manipulate T-Splines or to go directly from mesh to the solid body? Let me know if you would like me to take a peek at it as well as if you would like to chat about different workflows we can try.

Thanks,

I think there is probably a problem with the t-spline.  I had forgoten about that behaviour (would be nice to have some type of feed back for when that happens).  To answer your other questions, I would like to do some further manipulation with tsplines, and then convert it to a solid body for a few more modifications.  thank you,
