UPDATE at 3:03pm PT on 8/10 - The issue affecting data import has been fully resolved.  Thank you all for your continued patience as the team worked to repair.  Please let me know if you are having any lingering issues.

UPDATE at 9:56pm PT - The widespread outage has been resolved, but we are still dealing with earlier lingering issues affecting imports.

UPDATE at 8:18pm PT -  We are now experiencing intermittent outages that are impacting data access interactions.  These include but not limited to Open, Save, Upload, Export and Viewing.  We are working actively to correct the problem and will update this page once it is resolved.  We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.

---------------------------

All - Display of Fusion designs in A360 Viewer, Thumbnails & Renderings for designs in your project may be blank or slow to load.  We are working actively to correct the problem and will update this page once it is operational.

Thanks for your patience.

Any Updates on this?

Had me freaked out, until I checked the Forum. Is there a way to clear these out and start over or will they just upload when things are fixed?

Hey Eric - at the moment I'm not aware of any possible workarounds, but let me check.  The team is currently still investigating the root cause.

Well, seems that I got my file imported, not sure it's working %100 though. But I got my project completed.

Being connected to the net like that for an application is rough sometimes....

Was just getting ready to post that you may be seeing some improvements, but we are not fully repaired yet.  Apologies for the delays caused by this!

Unfortunately there are now broader issues with some of our cloud services that are impacting all data access interactions.  We are working actively to correct the problem and will update this thread once it is resolved.

The situation has improved, but we are still experiencing slow loading of designs similar to the original issue.

Brian, I had a file import stall, but after restarting Fusion the file showed up in the browser. I tried to delete it, but got the message the file was in use and couldn't be deleted. I tried clearing the user cache to get rid of it. No change, it still says it is in use and can't be deleted.  Now Fusion is crashing within a minute or so whenever I open any file. I'm guessing this is somehow related?  I don't want to start another thread if this is a passing issue related to cloud services. However I don't seem to be having any problems on my laptop Fusion.

I'm not getting any CER messages to fill out, so I can't point to anything.

@Oceanconcepts - it would appear we are suffering from intermittent issues at the moment, and are not in the clear yet.  I'm thinking your issues are likely related.

@Anonymous - it is possible this was causing your issues. Were you ever able to complete a cloud rendering?

Brian,

Things seem to have corrected, Fusion is no longer crashing. I still have one file that partially uploaded and shows in the browser, but I am unable to delete. Otherwise all is well.

Hello Oceanconcepts,

Btw, we are facing degradation at the backend on all calls and we are actively working to resolve this issue. We profusely apologize for this issue and want to remind you that our backend folks have been actively working for the last 24+ hrs to resolve this intricate issue.

Regarding your problem...By " partially uploaded in the browser", you mean the Import/upload status dialog, right? If it is 50%, that means that it has gotten uploaded, most likely translated but our backend failed to notify to the Fusion client of the progress and hence the stuck at 50% yellow bar.

Try refreshing the side panel while being in the project in which you uploaded it. The item might show up on the side panel. If not, the backend is still loaded. If the item shows up and the upload browser dialog still shows the item, restart should take it out.

Let me know.

Thanks, I was not clear in what I wrote. The file never cleared the Upload dialog box, seemed stuck at nearly done for hours, and appeared to be preventing another file from uploading (I don't know about the outage at the time) so I cleared the cache. When Fusion restarted, the file appeared in the data panel (not browser) and actually could be opened. I was just testing a file conversion, so I wanted to delete the file. Fusion still seems to think it is in use, so I can't delete it. Not really a problem, I was just wanting to delete it to prevent data panel confusion.

I have restarted Fusion several times since, and the file still shows as in use. I have not tried clearing the cache again. Sorry for not being clearer.

The outage has officially been fully resolved and imports should now be working as expected!  A sincere thanks for your patience!
