no NPT threads in metric drawing

maybe im missing it. but recently i was drawing this part in fusion. using metric dimensions.

Ive started using them more, especially when sending things to the 3d printer.

anyway, it came time to make an internal pipe thread. common size on my stuff is 1/4" NPT

i couldnt figure out how to get to the NPT threads, so i chose BSP 1/4-19, it worked since the fitting would be going into plastic.

but in the future i would like to find a way to access the standard threads, even in metric dimensioned drawings.

im try to attach the actual file i was working on.

Hi @dieselguy65,

Thank you for posting! I understand that you need NPT thread feature in Fusion 360. I have found a request submitted in the Ideastation here and I suggest you vote for it. The ideastation is constantly monitored by developers and product managers, and is currently the most effective way to request a product enhancement.

I think it would be nice, too have all threads available, no matter which dimension system you are using

Thank you for your feedback! After searching for the enhancement request in the Ideastation page and if no one has submitted yet, you may consider submitting a new one so that other forum users will have the opportunity to Vote or add Kudos to your idea. Votes on an idea will increase the likelihood that an idea will be implemented.
