Lost Tool Library and projects

Recently had to have a new hard drive and it would seem I now can't access my projects or tool library....The projects are there but greyed out? My tool library has just gone...I thought all this was cloud based or am I missing something?

Cheers

Have you re-enabled cloud libraries in your preferences and enabled your libraries in the tool library manager. You have to use the library manager from the toolbar to select your libraries not when you try selecting a tool from an op.

Also normally if your project are greyed out it means you're offline, what does it say if you click your name top right of screen. Might be worth switch between online and offline to see what happens.

Yes cloud libraries enabled. But i can't figure out how to enable my libraries in the tool library manger? Projects now visible, must have been offline. Still struggling with the tool lib's though.

cheers

Open the library manager from the top toolbar make sure you have treeview enabled, top left of tool manager then select\enable your libraries.

In Fusion's data panel at the top level folder do you have a assets folder. If you open it do you have a folder with your cam tools.

HI Mark, yes, there is a camtools folder which appears to be empty?

The next place to look is online

https://myhub.autodesk360.com/g/all_projects/active

See if the assets - camtools folder has your libraries on line.

How long ago did you last have access to your cloud libraries? A while ago they were moved from A360 Drive to the assets folder, you might still have copies on A360 Drive.

If you find the libraries on A360 Drive there's an option to copy to Fusion's A360

Your last hope is the Trash folder on A360 Drive.

As your other hard drive is dead I don't think there's any way to find out why your cloud libraries are gone.
