Errors Extruding and Issues with Joint References

I am working on a fairly simple fixture table for bending plastic sheets.  There are, however, a few issues.

First, when I perform a "Compute All" I get two errors that read as follows:

Warning: ImplicitJointOrigin7
Reference Failure
Warning: ImplicitJointOrigin8
Reference Failure

The issue is that I cannot seem to find these errors in the browser or the timeline.  There appears to be some phantom geometry (shown in red).  This only shows up when I perform a "Compute All" and does not seem to affect the rest of the model.

Also, after performing an extrude command (cutting through some components), Fusion does not cut completely through the components.

Here is a screenshot while the extrude command is being edited:

And here is a shot after the command is performed:

The source sketch does not have additional lines (I deleted the sketch and recreated it just to make sure).

Any ideas?

This error message referring to using cached geometry often comes up when geometry was deleted that is y
Used, for example in a sketch.
For example if you create a sketch on top of existing geometry and then delete that geometry that could cause that error message. Run a "Modify->compute all" and see if that maybe clears things up.

Thanks for the suggestions.

The "Compute All" command is what showed the error; I have tried using the command multiple times to no avail.

There should not be any issues with sketches referencing items that have been deleted, as there are no sketches that reference deleted components.

I've logged report FUS-22846 to track an investigation into this. I'll follow back up here when I learn more. Thank you for reporting this.

Thanks,
