I'm trying to 3D Print this fidget spinner and the holes are .5mm too large, I tried to convert it myself but I have been sitting here for hours trying to figure it out. Once it is a solid part I will be able to modify it because I have no idea what I'm doing when it comes to using meshes.
So if someone could convert it to a solid part then I would be extremely grateful.

You may need to enable the Mesh workspace in the Preferences|Preview dialog to get the Mesh tools.
p.s. Once you have the outline completed, then extrude to a solid model.

I've had a lot of practice converting stls of gears into Fusion 360 models. I think the solid models are a little easier to work with than the BReps.

You just saved me so many frustrated hours of trying to figure this out, Thank You Very Much!
There is no insert toolbar I can select. Can you show me where it is? I can't even insert the mesh...
edit: just found it and I don't know how to delete this
