Can someone help me convert this mesh to a solid so I can edit it?

I'm trying to 3D Print this fidget spinner and the holes are .5mm too large, I tried to convert it myself but I have been sitting here for hours trying to figure it out. Once it is a solid part I will be able to modify it because I have no idea what I'm doing when it comes to using meshes.

So if someone could convert it to a solid part then I would be extremely grateful.

Here is the part.

  • Start a new drawing
  • In the Insert toolbar select Insert Mesh
  • In the Sketch toolbar, select Mesh|Create Mesh Section
  • Rotate the selection to 90 degrees.  When you click OK, this will create a sketch with the outline of the stl.
  • Edit the sketch
  • In the Sketch toolbar, select Mesh|Fit Curves to Mesh Section
  • Select the curve type that best suits each section, usually spline or circle.
  • If the transition from one section to another is sharp, then stop and start a new Fit Curves...

You may need to enable the Mesh workspace in the Preferences|Preview dialog to get the Mesh tools.

p.s. Once you have the outline completed, then extrude to a solid model.

Smiley LOL I've had a lot of practice converting stls of gears into Fusion 360 models.  I think the solid models are a little easier to work with than the BReps.

A solid model IS a BRep

There is no insert toolbar I can select. Can you show me where it is? I can't even insert the mesh...

edit: just found it and I don't know how to delete this
