All my files/projects are gone or shadowed

All my files are gone!!!... some still exist but are shadowed!!!!

I'm sorry to hear about the issue! I believe this is related to the forum post below. (we had a service outage earlier today)

Now we have fixed the issue and everything should be working fine. Could you check if you can open the files now?
