I would like to know if there is a PDF to DFW converter. I have several sheets in pdf that need to convert to pdf. I don't seem to have the option to print to dwf out of the adobe software. I have Autodesk Design Review 2013 Could you please advise? Thank you.

My IT department just schooled me yesterday, I had the exact same question. Autodesk Design Review has a SAVEAS feature from PDF to DWF. Below are the copied and pasted instructions I received:
Use the Save As feature to select the output file format.
Click on the large "D" located on the top left of screen.
In the drop down list prompted, select the "Save As" feature.
You can't convert directly from PDF to DWF in Adobe, but you can use a third-party PDF-to-DWF converter or open the PDF in AutoCAD and save it as DWF. Autodesk Design Review can then view the DWF files. Let me know if you need help finding a converter!
