offset lines

Hi, I want to do an offset line like the video below (3.15 - 4.25 times) . But I dont know how can I do. Anybody can help me..

I am using Autocad. I saw the offset lines on design utility and I am asking that can I do this?

Thank you salaimanimagudam. I also know that and want to do that on autocad with C#. Nobody know about that but I believe I would create it :))

I want to programming on visual studio with C#. Yes I want to use on autocad. I want to draw a polyline to align and offset my polyline to any other line,polyline.
