The DWF viewing component needed to open this file is not installed

Hello,

I have been updated to Win8 with IE11 and are not able to open any drawing anymore with design reviewer.
I get the message

"The DWF viewing component needed to open this file is not installed"
Would you like to open a web page where it can be downloaded.

I am able to open ADR  manualy from my program files.
The strange thing is when i open my IE browser as administrator than i don,t have this problem.
Could not find any differences between the browsers

Does somebody has the solution for me

Win8 is not a supported OS, neither is IE11.
