Problem installing Autodesk Design Review 2013

I am trying to install Autodesk Design Review 2013 and keep getting an error. I am using Windows 10 home. This is the error I keep getting. Any help

would be greatly appreciated.

- Log into Win10 as a full network administrator: it appears you are not. Win10 is very finicky about it.
- Empty your Windows log-in temp folder.
- Try again.

It just keeps saying that file is missing. Where can I locate the
Windows Temp Folder?
