Dynamic Blocks in Design Review

I think the title is fairly self explanatory. I'm setting up various block libraries to be used as symbol catalogs in Design Review, quite a few of my blocks are dynamic using attributes, visibility and length options. Is there a way of keeping these options to be chosen when the block is inserted into DR, or do I have to separate them into many individual blocks?

ADR (Design Review) does not work like AutoCAD, it's just a file viewer. To view. No entity manipulation or touching.
