Design Review - Missing Quick Access Toolbar

I am currently trying to work from home and have been asked to download AutoDesk Design Review.  I have tried several times to download and each time the 'Quick Access Toolbar' is missing.  I cannot find any solution online to this.  Can the Community help?  Without it, I cannot find a way to 'undo' any errors I may make.

Right-click on the Ribbon nd do this perhaps

Or remove and reinstall the software package again.

Thanks for the reply but sadly I have already done both to no avail.

No idea then, not sure how to even hide it: luckily those functions are on the HOME tab of the ribbon too.

Are you referring to this?

This will be greyed out until you open a DWF file.

Thanks, I am aware it will be greyed out if nothing is open.  That bit of the toolbar is fine.  It's the small one above that has the undo and redo functions that are missing.  I have opened drawings using it as it is, and have managed to scale them, but any more detailed work would inevitably have errors that I would need to undo (nobody's perfect😕).

@pendean @CGBenner - Hello everybody, there has been a development.  I have just opened a drawing and out of curiosity I slowly placed my mouse in the area the Quick Access Toolbar should be and moved it along the empty space and commands showed up when the cursor crossed them but with no visible toolbar!!!!!  Still would be better if it was visible and would still love a solution for it.  Any ideas?

Thank you, would you know how I could fix that driver issue possibly?

An older or newer video card driver from your PC/Laptop manufacturer may fix it: you'll have to test it all out.

Hi, I have updated all my drivers and the video card driver and it is still the same.  It may be that my home PC (only 10 months old) has an inferior video card, unless anyone has another solution?

Change the Windows Title Bar to a darker color and the Quick Access Toolbar icons will display in Design Review:

  1. Right-click in the empty space on your Windows 10 desktop and choose Personalize.
  2. On the left panel, select Colors.
  3. In the Windows Colors section, select a darker color (the grey colors work well).
  4. In the Show accent color on the following surfaces section, check the box for Title bars.
  5. Close the Settings window.
  6. Open Design Review, and the Quick Access Toolbar icons should now be visible.

Recently i was having graphics problems in AutoCAD. I changed some settings and changed them both for AutoCAD and for Design Review. One of these solutions fixed the quick access toolbar issue so that its no longer hidden from me. I will list all the articles below I used. I had used the color solution before and it worked, but it was still hidden unless the program window was active, then it appeared. One of the solutions below uncovered it completely.

How to make AutoCAD run with DirectX 11 | AutoCAD 2021 | Autodesk Knowledge Network

I'll include this but its not the one that fixed the quick access. its one of the others above.

I'm aware that it will be greyed out if there is nothing open. There is nothing wrong with Le Mot Wordle . Undo and redo functions are missing from the small one above. As it stands, I've been able to open drawings and scale them with it, but I'm certain that any more detailed work would result in errors that would need to be undone.

I am aware that if there are no open files, it will be greyed out. Le Mot Wordle is in perfect condition. The small one above doesn't have an undo or redo button. As of right now, I've been able to open designs and scale them using it, but I'm confident that any more detailed work would lead to mistakes that would need to be undone.

Thanks
