Combining Symbols

I apologize if this has been posted before but I did a search and all I can find is posts asking how to combine multiple markups / dwf files. I am fairly new to this software so I apologize if I butcher some terminology along the way. What I am looking for is how (if possible) to combine two or more simple symbols into 1 single entity. I am working on making a symbol catalog, and I have figured out how to at least create the catalog - export it - change the names of each symbol so it doesn't show up as "Line 1" for instance, and shows up as what we call it instead.

Basically what I'm looking to do now is combine a couple of them into 1 single Symbol if possible. For example, we use a simple circle to show that there is a telephone pole somewhere. We use an X to show where riser locations are, and sometimes we need the X inside of the Circle to show a different kind of pole. I will include a snip to show what I am talking about. All I did here was use the Ellipse tool and 2 lines to illustrate what I am talking about, and how it is 3 separate entities.

Is there any way that I can combine the Ellipse, and 2 Lines into 1 single Symbol?  It would make some things a lot easier, especially if we can scale them all up or down at the same time instead of having to do them separately (even though it's not very time consuming, it would just be nice and easy.)

Thank you.

This app is just a viewer with markup ability. Nothing more.
No changes, no editing, no combining, no merging of any content is available.

Did you read through the three points presented in that error message and ruled them out by chance?

You can try the automated webpage here to get further, but if #1 or #2 from that error message are the reason you are pretty much out of luck https://ava.autodesk.com/

Look at this video.  https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/design-review/learn-explore/caas/video/youtube/watch-v-s1hulh...

He doesn't explain the process of the new DWF file.  I created a new project and add individual sheets with individual symbols that you want on each sheet.  Then you export that project as a DWF file that you then insert as he describes.  The symbols need to be the color you desire in the Revit project file.  I used Override Graphics in View to change the color and it worked fine.  I didn't see a way to reinsert the DWF for new added symbols.  When I deleted the original dwf catalog with black and white symbols for the new colored version, it kept the old symbols in the mark up.
