Autodesk Toxic 2012 / 2014 Crashes on Startup.

Hello.

I have tried unsuccessfully for some time to get Toxic up and running. I had installed the 2012 version that came with my Max subscription and it ran only once past the splash/ boot screen. I had the following crash error on a new install of Windows 7 Pro on a SSD drive that only runs Max, MatchMover, Toxic, Combustion and Sony Vegas. no other software is running on the machine.

Toxic stops at initlizing module libDLofxUi.

I downoaded the 2014 version of Toxic thinking I would get a working version after all. *Epic Fail* it would appear that regardless if you paid for it or AD give it away two years later I am no better off.
