Autodesk Design Review failed to Install

I have been using Autodesk for two years now and while printing if began giving error comments and failing to print.

I have deleted the software from my laptop but when I try to download again,  it stops at the last step "Install". the Install button is not highlighted and so does not allow me to activate. 

What can the problem be.

You aren't supposed to delete programs. You should uninstall them. Plus, AutoCAD requires additional steps to fully Uninstaller it.

Hi, Thank you for your prompt reply, yes I agree I should have uninstalled it. Are there steps that I need to take to ensure it has been fully uninstalled before I try again to install.

Sorry, I don't know how to fix that kind of mistake. Also, my comment was based on AutoCAD because I misread your topic, sorry.

Ah! Can someone guide me as well, how to un-install Design Review properly. I tried it 3 times but don't know what is causing the error.
