Autodesk Design Review 2017 - Problems encountered during DWF import

My PC:

I have both Autodesk Design Review and Trueview 2017 on my computer. 

I used to be able to drag and drop dwg files to Design review and it would plot it and view as dwf in ADR 2013, however, now it shows the error message "Problems encountered during DWF import" when I try it with ADR 2017. Please help.
