ADR 2013 - Printing Fails with Error Report

Trying to print DWF files with ADR 2013.  Some files print without this issue, but a fair amount fail.  No error code flags.  Running Win10 and the OS is up to date.  Hotfixes have been installed.

I have tried a repair/reinstall, full uninstall/reinstall, tried every driver on the Plotter that is available.

I am new to supporting user printing DWF files.  The uses have sworn ADR 2018 does not work well enough and ADR 2013 must be used.

Can anyone help point me in the right direction?

Thank you so much for the quick response. As I mentioned this behavior is occurring with ADR 2013 and 2018.
I failed to mention all the Google searches, forum topics, etc. that I read and tried before posting to the community. I have tried just about everything on the first 4 pages of Google searches related to ADR 2013 and 2018, crashing, printing errors, printer drivers, etc.
The DWF file size is only 50MB. I under the DWF files are rich in contents, but I have a hard time understanding, after all the troubleshooting, why we are still getting constant print failures.

Good to know you've read through it. You do know those year numbers means R2018 was released 5-years after ADR2013, right? A liefetime in software.

The error to me seems to indicate a missing (or wrong version) prerequisite is installed on the PC (aka the unsupported Win10 platform). Perhaps running ADR2013 in compatibility mode under Win10 would solve it? We don't run unsupported software on our computers in our offices, so I can't test it for you.

What issue was ADR2018 that it became unacceptable to use?
Or are the DWF files the actual problem? hence both software having issues printing them?

@pendean thank you again for the reply.  it appears that the issue is the DWF is raster and that is what is causing the craziness.
