Hi @daniel_lyall,

Did this just start occurring after the recent update? I've only ever (personally) seen this once before, but it was because there was a Mac OS update pending. Once that user updated their models came out fine. It appears that you are Windows though, so one thing to check is to make sure everything is up to date, Windows, graphics card, etc. Another possibility to look into may be a clean uninstall. It's possible (assuming this only happened after the update) that the update may have come in funky for you and messed some things up. Cleanly uninstalling may help isolate this problem. The steps for a clean uninstall can be found at the following link:

Hi @Anonymous and @daniel_lyall,

Can the both of you please post your dxdiag files here so that I can take a peek at some things. You can find that file by following these steps:

1. Launch %windir%\system32\dxdiag.exe
2. Select Save All Information
3. Please reply with the resulting *.TXT file attached

4. If you'd prefer not to share it with everyone, you can send it to me at james.youmatz@autodesk.com

Thanks,

Hi @Anonymous,

One thing to note is that your graphics card driver is from 2010, my guess is that its due for an update! This may or may not help the issue (entirely possible it will though since this is a graphics related issue). You can download your driver from the following website (please note that the first few downloads within that link are NOT drivers - look at the type. Also make sure to look through the description of the driver to make sure it works for your computer. Unfortunately Intel graphics cards are not always the easiest to download):

https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/81507/Graphics-Drivers-for-Mobile-Intel-4-Series-Express-Chipset-Family

On the off chance that those don't work, like I said Intel doesn't always make it easy to update their graphics card, you can find the drivers by typing in your computer information in Toshiba website. Once you enter your computer model, make sure to filter the results by Display. The link is below:

http://support.toshiba.com/drivers

Let me know how that goes or if you need any help, as I'd be more than happy to help!

Thanks,

Thank you for your help.

Hi @Anonymous,

Just wanted to let you know I sent you an email so that we can chat about this further. I would like to ideally set up a remote session so that I can see what is going on for myself and talk with you about updating your graphics driver. Once we figure out what the issue is, I will report my findings back here for the rest of the Community!

Thanks,

Also, I tried fusion 360 on windows to using the same computer, and I got the same problem. If it is my computer or it is outdated I will need help finding another for fusion 360.

Thank you,

Hi @Anonymous,

I noticed your post in another thread related to this issue. It seemed for them an update to Fusion helped. Just curious, were you able to update your driver? Also, I never heard back from you from the email I sent regarding a remote session to help you install your driver.

Thanks,
