Unable to Extract Metadata from DWF using APS (Forge API)

I'm trying to extract vector data and text data from DWF using Autodesk Platform Services (Forge API).
When we do so, there is no layer or vector data retrieved from the API. The following is the only output from DWF 2d viewable.

We have using this api.
