Power BI 3D Visual in Endless Refresh

About half of the time I create a new Power BI dashboard with Autodesk's Data Exchange 3D visual, it goes into endless refresh and never shows the visual.  Other dashboard components based on the Data Exchange data update as expected.  What do I need to do to get the 3D viewer to update and show consistently?

Hello Benjamin,

Nice to see you here! Are any filters applied by any chance? Because we have a limitation: if filters are applied while saving the pbix file or switching tabs, the viewer will not work as expected. So, it is recommended to remove all filters to view the model in the viewer without any constraints.
